Tutorial - Pencil Sketch Effect

Issue: Create Stunning Pencil Sketch Effect (figure no.1)

In order to leveling your photos simply follow these steps:

1. Open the desired photo - (Click on File -> Open menu or Ctrl+O, figure no.2)

2. Click Adjustments -> Grayscale menu to convert the photo to gray scale photo (figure no.3)

3. Next clone the layer by clicking on the Clone Layer button at the layers toolbar and select the upper layer (founds under the layer panel, figure no.4)

4. Click on the Adjustments -> Negative menu to negative the upper layer (figure no.5)

5. Set the upper layer blend mode to Dodge blend mode (figure no.6)

6. Make sure the upper layer is selected and click on Blur -> Gaussian Blur... to open the gaussian blur dialog box (figure no.7), set the level to 50 and click OK (figure no.8)
