Any customer desiring a certain feature which does not exist in the program is invited to send us his/her request and we will do all in our power in order to add this feature into future versions of the software. All requests will be answered as soon as possible (usually within 24 to 48 hours of having received the request).
NOTE: If you didn’t receive any response from us within 72 hours it seems that we didn’t get your message or that you didn’t get our response. Considering the huge amount of spam running in the net now days it may easily happened that some spam filter in the way has deleted our response/your message.
